Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Relationship Head to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance, customer relationships, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective upkeep and management of the Branch and ATM.
- Manage the branch’s Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor daily productivity and book movement within the branch.
- Drive liability generation and acquire new CASA accounts.
- Cross-sell third-party products and asset-based products.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI).
- Ensure the branch headcount is within budget and onboarding is timely.
- Uphold YES Bank’s core values and personality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Promote continuous learning and skill development among team members.
- Define role clarity for branch employees and manage staff attrition effectively.
- Ensure timely updates of the BEST template and conduct BELT sessions.
- Comply with all internal bank policies and external regulatory processes.
- Organize customer engagement programs and marketing events.
- Enhance employee engagement within the branch.
- Possess thorough knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
- Maintain seamless communication across branch teams for smooth operations.
- Escalate business-impacting issues promptly and provide actionable solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and surpass quality benchmarks.
- Safeguard bank and customer assets by maintaining high-security standards.
- Meet internal and external audit deliverables on time.
- Submit all MIS reports within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure 100% allocation of Service RM codes and conduct quarterly reviews.
- Conduct monthly training on KYC/AML compliance.
- Oversee and review CRM implementation by Sales, Relationship, and BSD departments.
