Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and manage prepaid card products, especially FASTag, within our banking ecosystem. The role involves end-to-end product management including planning, testing, delivery, and coordination with different departments and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the adoption and delivery of new prepaid card products like FASTag.
- Manage product testing and ensure timely launch.
- Use data to improve development plans and measure product success.
- Work with internal teams (operations, compliance, customer service) and external regulators (like NPCI, NHAI).
- Understand APIs and work with vendors to enhance customer experience.
- Plan and manage product strategy from concept to retirement.
- Collaborate with teams to create pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure products meet legal and compliance standards.
- Work with risk and compliance teams to manage product risks.
Requirements:
- MBA with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the financial services sector.
